At Convention Authentics, we believe authenticity is optimal when connected to real, verifiable moments. Every autograph we certify is tied directly to a specific convention or celebrity signing appearance where it was obtained.

1. Verified Event-Based Authentication

We authenticate autographs that were signed at the conventions and celebrity appearances we support. Our process relies on verified event data, controlled signing environments, guest schedules, and other documentation to confirm authenticity.

2. No Outside or Previously Obtained Items

We currently do not authenticate autographs obtained at other events, through the mail, online, or authenticate from your previous personal collections. Our service is dedicated exclusively to the items signed at the specific event we cover, ensuring the highest level of provenance and certainty.

3. Authenticity Based on Reality, Not Opinions

We document the confirmed circumstances surrounding each autograph. Each certified item is linked to:

• The convention, event or appearance name

• The date and location where it was signed

• Verified event data showing the celebrity was actively signing i.e. convention hall 

• Actor booking agency / representation connection when possible, adding an additional layer of verified provenance

4. Permanent, Traceable Certification

Each authenticated autograph receives a unique identifier that permanently links it to its verified signing event. Collectors can always trace their item back to its origin with confidence-creating a transparent, trustworthy record of authenticity.
